One activity that really keeps us filled with joy is to be creative. When we create something – be that through art, craft, food, construction materials, whatever – we birth inspiration.
Creativity is releasing, freeing, exciting, and joy-filled. It brings excitement to the mundane.
So this weekend find a pocket of time to do something creative. Allow time to participate in an activity that stirs the creative juices within you. And once you have created your masterpiece, give thanks for the inspiration that has flown through you.
Everyone has a creative streak. Find that streak in you and allow it to show you how much joy it can bring to your life.
